A Message from Aquascape on COVID-19
To our Aquascape Customers,
COVID-19 is changing everything about life and work as we know it. We’re all focused on how to best protect and support our families, employees, customers, and communities in the face of this unfolding crisis. On behalf of Aquascape and its employees, we want to let you know that our thoughts are with those who are affected.
Efforts have been made to remain open for business. The Aquascape Store is open for business as usual during our normal hours of operation of 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9am-2pm.
We recommend that you take advantage of our products and services in the manner that you are most comfortable with. We continue to implement a few customer-friendly services intended to provide continued safe access to our products and services.
Our design/sales team is ready to serve you in its normal capacity. We are continuing to provide these services via FaceTime or Zoom Meetings and can provide quotes via email to help minimize in-person meetings.
We will still continue to provide curbside delivery at our store location for those who prefer. Once you've place an order or purchased anything with us, simply call us at 478-7665 when you arrive for pickup and we’ll bring the order to your car. You'll never need to even roll your window down!
Also, take advantage of our new and full-service Aquascape Online Store. You can find all the products you need and want for maintaining your pool, outdoor element, or pond. You can also browse through various accessories and toys at the convenience of online shopping, then have your purchase delivered to you directly from the Aquascape store, shipped to your home, or as explained previously, you can drop by and pick up your purchase.
